Crystal Singing Bowl Order Details
For orders delivered outside the United States, please read all the
way to the end of the page for shipping details.
Please click here to order in our new Online Store.
We ship by UPS Ground. Please be sure that the shipping address
you give us is an address serviced by UPS, not a post office mail box.
We prefer not to ship bowls on UPS 2nd Day Air (VERY expensive
for you) or even 3 Day Ground. Most people don't know that UPS
no longer guarantees that a 3 Day box will be there in 3 days. UPS
Ground is dependable and the bowls arrive in good condition.
OUR PRIVACY POLICY
At Singing Rainbow, Inc., customer privacy
is a top priority. We will never rent, sell, exchange or in any other
way give out our customer names, email addresses, purchase
histories, or any other information about our customers. Your credit
card information is safe on our secure SSL encrypted order form.
No paper trail with any of your credit card information goes in the
trash - we shred it. We keep any and all information about you strictly
confidential.
ALL THE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW TO COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE:
1. Thank you for reading this. We wish you much joy with your new
bowls.
2. Please look to see what is in stock in the ONLINE STORE at
http://discoverthesound.biz/osc/ These order pages have secure encryption
for the transmission of your credit card and personal information. This
means that other people cannot intercept it while it is in transit. This
technology is called SSL, and makes it very safe and easy to shop at
our website.
3. To ensure that everyone receives a brand new bowl and striker
in perfect condition, we encourage you to be really sure of what you
want before you order it, especially the size. Will the bowl fit where
you envision keeping it? If for some unforeseen reason you decide
to return your bowl, please call or email us for a Return Authorization
Number. Please decide no more than 7 days after receiving your
bowl. We appreciate this courtesy. Bowls that are sent back more
than 14 days after having been received will be subject to a 15%
restocking fee.
4. All shipments are insured. If the unusual event of damage
happens, we swiftly replace your bowl. Your satisfaction is important! In fact, UPS will come to your door to pick up the broken one.
5. For your convenience, payment may be made by US check, US
money order, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. No
sales tax except in Texas. We do not accept PayPal.
6. It can take between 2 and 3 weeks for your bowls to arrive for US
orders, but they often arrive much more quickly. Most bowls to the
48 contiguous states ship UPS ground, insured, in double, carefully-
packed boxes.
7. Shipping per bowl in the 48 contiguous states is $20 for sizes up
to 10", $25 for 11 to 12" single bowl orders, $30 for 13 and 14" single bowl, $35 for 15 and 16",
$49 for 18", $69 for 20", $89 for a 22" bowl. Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska ship
UPS Ground or occasionally Priority Mail for small bowls, with the
price dependent on your postal code.
8. For other countries we also ship by UPS. The price depends on
your location and the weight and volume of your purchase. We have
new lower rates for international UPS shipping. To get the UPS
shipping cost, please email us exactly what sizes you want along with
your FULL address with POSTAL CODE.
9. One or two bowls 12" and smaller may SOMETIMES be shipped to
Australia, Japan, most of Europe, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and
the US Virgin Islands by Priority Mail. Larger orders need to go by
UPS. Walkabout handle bowls are NEVER sent by mail - they must ship by UPS.
10. Every bowl is unique, and may have some visual markings such
as misty lines, ridges, freckles, faint stripes, tiny grains of quartz in
the bottom, or other patterns. In the edge beveling, a slightly rough
lip or teensy serrations may occur from the cutting process, as well
as tiny smoothed-out chips where the finishing blade started its
cut. All of these conditions are normal for quartz crystal bowls (this
is not lead crystal serving ware!) and do not affect the sound or
performance of the bowl. All bowls sold anywhere may have these
very minor conditions - we just prefer to give you every detail before
your purchase!
11. Bowls come in a beautiful range of tones. A few available
as "perfect pitch" have a higher cost. (Usually needed only
by recording artists.) Perfect pitch bowls are very rare. The
manufacturer now charges us much more for perfect pitch bowls and Note F Heart Bowls and Note F# Thymus bowls.
Customers who purchase perfect pitch bowls often get them one at a time. For
international orders, where the bowls must all be shipped at one time
to save on shipping costs, please do not request perfect pitch bowls.

13. Singing Rainbow is purely retail at a discount. We are not
involved at all in selling wholesale or assisting with product lines.
14. For international orders, the most economical shipping is to have
a MINIMUM order of 3 bowls in sizes which can be nested together
into ONE box (such as 10, 12 and 14 inch bowls) delivered by UPS
International. Please also be aware that as many as 5 bowls can
be packed into one box and that box travels for the about the same
shipping charge as if there were only one bowl within it. This is
because freight companies charge for "dimensional weight", where
the size of the box is as important as how much it weighs. So you
and a group of friends can get a great bargain by ordering together.
Full chakra sets of 7 or 8 bowls can be nest packed into only 2 boxes,
which minimizes your shipping costs.
15. Sometimes we can ship small clear bowls and up to 10 or 12
inch frosted bowls by Priority Mail or Express Mail to most countries
except Mexico. (Only UPS to Mexico.) Some countries, such as
Japan, can have bowls mailed that are as large as 12 inches, but
the size limit is generally a 14 inch cube box - the size of the outer
container for a 10 inch bowl. Express Mail is good because it includes
insurance and has a tracking number. These packages also move
rather quickly though customs in most countries. Obviously, the
circumstances for each order are different, and we would be happy
to discuss international shipping options with you. Please email your
full shipping address with POSTAL CODE and the sizes of all the
bowls that you want in order to get a quote for shipping. We do LOTS
of international shipping and the bowls arrive in excellent condition.
16. Singing Rainbow is required to complete a customs declaration
form for all international packages which includes value, description,
and origin of goods. If your order is being shipped outside the USA,
your package will be subject to duty, and/or taxes, and/or a customs
brokerage fee, at the rate that is imposed by your country. You will
be responsible for these additional costs. Singing Rainbow is not
able to tell you what costs the government of your country will charge.
